Ingredients :

  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 cup peach yogurt
  • sugar (to taste)
  • Fresh orange juice (1-2 oranges)
  • Water

 

Directions :

1- Peel and chop the carrots
2- Boil the carrots in water until they become soft (around 20 minutes)
3- Remove the carrots and place in a bowl. Place in the fridge and let them cool down completely before using.
4- Keep the carrot water (to use later), place in the fridge, and let it cool down completely.
5- Using a blender, mix the cooked carrots, fresh orange juice, sugar (to taste), 1 cup peach yogurt, and a bit of cold carrot water. Mix until smooth.
6- Add more carrot water to get the consistency of your choice.
7- Serve cold.
