
397 – Pepper and Tomato Salad / سلطة الفلفل و الطماطم

Ingredients :
- 2 roasted bell peppers
- 1 tomato
- A handful of black olives
- 1/4 cup of canned corn
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions :
1- Peel and seed the roasted peppers. Check out my previous video on how to roast peppers.
2- Slice the tomato and chop it into small pieces
3- Slice the roasted yellow pepper and chop it into small pieces.
4- Now do the same with the roasted red pepper. You can also use green peppers instead if you want!
5- Slice the black olives and get the canned corn ready
6- In a large bowl, mix all these beautiful ingredients
7- Add fresh lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, and salt. Mix.
8- Our pepper tomato salad is ready! Serve with some crusty bread or enjoy as is with a spoon.
