Ingredients :
- Banana slices, frozen
- 1 dragon fruit
- 1 lime
- Honey, to taste
- Ice cold water
Directions :
Step 1: Prepare The Dragon Fruit
1- On a cutting board, slice the dragon fruit in the middle with a sharp knife.
2- Use a spoon to separate the pulp from the skin. Scoop the pulp out and slice it.
Step 2: Make The Smoothie
1- In a blender, mix frozen banana slices, honey (to taste), freshly squeezed lime juice, and iced water.
2- Serve immediately in tall glasses. Don’t fill up the glasses, leave some space for the dragon fruit smoothie.
3- Now mix the dragon fruit, honey, and a little bit of iced water in the blender.
4- Top the banana smoothie with the dragon fruit smoothie.
5- Serve it and ask your guests to stir… and magic happens! A beautiful color blend pops… and the texture is just phenomenal!
