Ingredients :

500 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of cornflour
2 tablespoons of sugar (or honey, depending on your preference)
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
50 grams of chopped pistachios

Directions :

1- In a saucepan, pour the milk and add the cornflour and the sugar. Mix with a whisk until there are no more lumps.


2- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens.

3- Remove from the heat, add the orange blossom water and mix.


4- Pour in glasses and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.


5- Top with chopped pistachios before serving.
