536- Almond Gazelle Horns with Sesame Seeds / كعب الغزال باللوز والسمسم

Ingredients :

Cookie Dough Ingredients:
350 grams (12 oz) of homemade almond paste

Shaping Ingredients:
1 large egg white 1 cup of sesame seeds

Directions :

1- Shape the almond paste into rolls the size of your index finger (it will make around 30 almond paste rolls).


2- Place the egg white in a bowl and the sesame seeds in a deep plate.

3- Dip each almond paste portion in the egg white first then roll it in sesame seeds until covered from all sides.


4- Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F). Place the almonds rolls on a baking pan covered with parchment paper.


5- Use the tip of your fingers to gently press and shape each almond rolls into a crescent.


6- Bake the cookies for around 15 minutes until they get a nice golden color.
