547- Watermelon Granita with Orange Blossom Water / غرانيتا البطيخ
800 grams (6-8 cups) watermelon, cubed
75 grams (1/3 cup) sugar
3 tablespoons orange blossom water
Juice of 1 lemon
1- Place the cubed watermelon, sugar, orange blossom water, and lemon juice in your blender. Mix until smooth.
2- Pour it all into a 9×13 pan and freeze for one hour.
3- Using a fork, scrape to loosen the granita.
4- Freeze for another hour and scrape again.
5- After it has been frozen for three hours, scrape it once more and then serve in a hollowed watermelon or in cups with sliced lemons or mint leaves.
