Ingredients :
1 avocado (150 grams / 0.3 pound)
30 grams (1/4 cup) raw almonds
30 grams (1/4 cup) raw walnuts
30 grams (1/4 cup) dates, pitted
1 tablespoon honey
500 millilitre (2 cups) milk
Directions :
1- Peel and pit the avocado.
2- In a blender, place the avocado, almonds, walnuts, and dates.
3- Add the honey.
4- Add the milk and mix until you have a smooth consistency. Put the smoothie in the fridge and serve cold.
