Ingredients :

For bottom layer:
240 ml (1 cup) Carrefour Bio soy milk
2 bananas, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons honey

For top layer:
80 ml (¼ cup) Carrefour Bio soy milk
6 strawberries
1 tablespoon honey

Directions :

1- Place the bananas and strawberries in separate airtight containers and freeze overnight or at least for 4 hours.
2- In a high speed blender, blend frozen bananas with honey and soy milk until you get a smooth mixture. Rinse the blender and do the same with the strawberry layer ingredients.
3- Pour the banana mixture in a large glass until ¾ full. Hold a spoon slightly above the banana layer then pour the strawberry mixture on the spoon first for it to fall gently and create a distinct top layer.
Serve immediately!
