618- Banana Pancakes / فطائر الموز

Ingredients :

2 medium bananas
2 eggs
A pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground nutmeg

Directions :

1- In a bowl, place the bananas and using a fork, crush them until you have a puree texture.
2- Add the eggs and mix until you have a homogeneous preparation.
3- Add cinnamon and nutmeg and mix.
4- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, then add a little dough and give it a circular shape.
5- Bake your pancakes a few minutes from the first side until the surface begins to bubble, then using a spatula, peel off all the contours of the pancake from the pan, then do the same by going up to the center and turn over the pancake.
6- Bake on the other side for a few minutes until it is completely cooked and has a partially brown color. Serve immediately.
