Ingredients :

Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:
1/2 avocado, mashed
1/2 small banana, sliced and frozen
55 grams (1/4 cup) spinach
65 grams (1/4 cup) plain yogurt or fromage blanc
180 milliliters (3/4 cup) soy milk or regular milk

Garnish Ingredients:
Rolled oat
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Raw almonds, chopped

Directions :

1- In a blender, place avocado, frozen banana, spinach, plain yogurt, and milk.


2- Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
3- Pour into 2 bowls and top with rolled oats, coconut, and almonds.
