Ingredients :

1 medium pear
1/2 medium green bell pepper
1/2 medium cucumber
1 celery stick
150 milliliters (2/3 cups) water

Directions :

1- Core the pear without peeling it. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds. Chop the cucumber and celery stick into medium pieces.


2- In a blender, place the pear, the bell pepper, cucumber, celery stick, and 100 milliliters of water.


3- Mix until you have a smooth consistency.
4- Add water little by little until you get the consistency of your choice. Serve immediately!
