Ingredients :

3 Kiri portions
250 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
The zest of a lemon

Directions :

1– In a bowl, place the Kiri portions, coconut milk, honey and vanilla extract.
2- Using a dipping blender (or food processor), mix until you have a smooth mixture and the Kiri cheese is fully incorporated.
3- Add the juice and lemon zest and mix.
4- In a popsicle mold, pour the mixture, put the sticks in it and place in the freezer for at least 10 hours.
5- Right before serving, prepare a large glass filled with tap water, and place each popsicle in the water for a few seconds, then remove your ice sticks.
