Plain Sable Cookie Dough
Dark Chocolate
Raw unsalted walnut halves
Directions :
1- Follow the instructions in the Plain Sable Cookies recipe to make solid marguerite shaped cookies (without eggwash coating). Let the cookies cool down completely before moving to the next step.
2- Melt the chocolate in the microwave (in 30 seconds shots and mixing in between) and spread a bit on the top of each cookie. Place a walnut half in the center, flat surface down.
3- Place the cookies in the fridge and let the chocolate harden before serving.
