Ingredients :

170 grams (6 oz.) of corn flakes
150 grams (5 oz.) dark chocolate
100 grams (7 tablespoons) unsalted butter
50 grams of powdered sugar

Directions :

1- Place the dark chocolate and butter in a large bowl.


2- Melt using the microwave in 30 seconds shots and mix in between, until the chocolate has melted.


3- Add powdered sugar and mix using a spatula.


4- Add the corn flakes.


5- Continue mixing until all ingredients are well integrated.


6- Using two spoons, put small mounds of the chocolate mixture on a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
