Ingredients :
Plain Sable Cookie Dough
Dark Chocolate
Unsweetened dried coconut, finely shredded
Directions :
1- Follow the instructions in the Plain Sable Cookies recipe to make cookies (without eggwash coating). Let the cookies cool down completely before moving to the next step.
2- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second shots and mix in between. Spread chocolate on one cookie and cover with another. Dip the cookie sandwich halfway into melted chocolate then roll in coconut.
3- Place the cookies in the fridge and let the chocolate harden before serving.
