743- Tuna Pasta Salad / سلطة المعكرونة مع التونة
250 grams (9 oz) Fusilli Tricolore Panzani Pasta
100 grams (3.5 oz) tuna
20 cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion
100 grams (3.5 oz) green peas, cooked
2 celery stick
For the dressing:
4 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 teaspoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1- Prepare the dressing: mix the yogurt with the olive oil until you obtain a homogenous texture. Add the salt and pepper and mix. Reserve in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving.
2- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta for about 8 to 10 minute. Rinse under cold water and drain.
3- Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
4- Cut the red onion into slices.
5- Finely chop the celery sticks.
6- In a salad bowl, combine the pasta, celery, green peas, cherry tomatoes, and tuna.
7- Serve the salad with the dressing.
