Ingredients :

500 grams (17.6 oz) Panzani Spaghetti n°5
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons olive oil
250 grams (8.8 oz) fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 garlic cloves, grated
250 milliliters (1 cup) balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
65 grams (1/2 cup) goat cheese, cut into small cubes
100 grams (3.5 oz) pomegranate seeds

Directions :

1- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti pasta for about 10 minutes. Once ready, drain and set aside.
2- In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the mushrooms, cook and stir constantly using a spatula for 5 minutes until they just begin to caramelize on the edges.
3- Add the garlic, mix it with the mushrooms using a spatula, and cook for 1 minute. Remove the mushrooms and garlic from the pan and place in a plate.
4- In the same pan, add the balsamic vinegar, honey, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat for 8 minutes or until the balsamic reduces by about 1/3 and becomes sticky to touch.
5- Add the spaghetti pasta and mushrooms to the balsamic sauce, and gently mix with tongs until it is completely coated and well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6- Garnish the caramelized spaghetti with goat cheese and pomegrenate seeds. Serve immediately!
