Ingredients :
3 cups plain yogurt
2 bananas
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon honey to taste (optional)
Ice cubes
Directions :
1- Peel and cut the bananas into slices and place in a food processor.
2- Add the plain yogurt, ground cardamom, honey, and mix all together until the bananas are completely broken down and ingredients are well blended.
3- Check the consistency of the banana lassi. If you prefer a heavy texture you can leave it as it is, or you can add milk to thin the banana lassi out. Just mix it again for 1 minute.
4- Serve the banana lassi immediately with ice cubes if desired.
