Ingredients :

2 medium green apples

2 kiwi, peeled and cut into slices

1 celery stick

2 lemons 

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

350 milliliters (1 1/2 cups) fresh water

Ice cube

 

Directions :

1- Juice the lemons using a hand juicer.

2- Rinse and clean the apple and celery, then cut them into slices.

3- In a food processor, add the lemon juice, grated fresh ginger, apple slices, celery slices, kiwi slices, water, and mix all the ingredients until the texture becomes smooth.

4- Strain the juice to obtain a smoother texture if desired.

5- Serve the apple and ginger smoothie cold with ice cubes.
