Ingredients :
For the mango smoothie:
1 large ripe mango, cut into cubes
1 banana, sliced and frozen
2 tablespoons coconut cream or coconut milk
80 milliliters almond milk
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the topping:
4 tablespoons mango, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 strawberries, cut into slices
2 tablespoons roasted pumpkin seeds
Directions :
1- Place mango, frozen banana, coconut cream, almond milk, turmeric, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2- Pour the mango smoothie into a bowl and top with ingredients of your choice. Serve immediately.
