852- Poppy Seeds Overnight Oat / شوفان ببذور الخشخاش
For the oat pudding:
100 grams (3.5 oz) oats flakes
2 tablespoons cream cheese + 2 tablespoons almond milk
120 milliliters (1/2 cup) almond milk
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
For the topping:
1 banana, peeled and cut into slices
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons roasted almond flakes
Fresh fruits: raspberries, blueberries, pomegranate
1- In a small bowl, add the cream cheese, almond milk, one tablespoon of poppy seeds, and mix using a whisk until well incorporated.
2- In a large bowl, add the oat flakes and the remaining tablespoon of poppy seeds. Mix together with a spoon until well combined.
3- Add the almond milk, vanilla extract, honey, and the cream cheese mixture to the oat flakes. Mix until homogeneous.
4- Place the oats mixture in a container, cover, and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. The texture will be slightly thick.
5- Divide the oat pudding into two small bowls and nicely add the toppings.
