Ingredients :

1 medium ripe mango, peeled and sliced
1/2 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
4 dried apricots, chopped
5 pecan nuts
1 teaspoon lemon zest
360 milliliters (1 1/2 cup) almond milk
Dried goji berries, for garnish

Directions :

1- In a blender, combine the mango, the frozen banana, dried apricots, pecan nuts, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth.
2- Add the almond milk little by little while blending, until you get the smoothie consistency of your choice.
3- Pour the smoothie into individual glasses, top with goji berries, and serve immediately!
