Ingredients :

250 milliliters (1 cup) milk
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
7 walnut halves
3 medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon orange blossom water (optional)
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions :

1- In a pan over medium heat, add the sesame seeds and walnuts. Toast for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
2- In a blender, combine the sesame seeds, walnuts, dates, orange blossom water, cinnamon, and milk. Blendwell.
3- Strain the smoothie to obtain a smoother texture if desired and serve immediately.
