950- Persimmon Salad / سلطة الكاكي
For the vinaigrette
140ml (1/2 cup) argan oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper to taste
For the salad
2 persimmons, peeled and sliced
160g (6 ounces) mixed greens
100g (3.5 ounces) pomegranate seeds
80g (3 ounces) walnuts, chopped
Step 1: Preparing the vinaigrette
1- Place the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar, close it tightly, then shake until well combined. Set aside until ready to use.
Step 2: Preparing the salad
2- Place the greens in a serving bowl. Add the persimmon, pomegranates, and walnut, then mix to combine.
3- Add the vinaigrette shortly before serving, then enjoy!
