138 – Best Banana Bread Recipe Ever!
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of unsalted roasted slivered almonds
- 1 cup of mashed (super ripe) bananas
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 8 tabespoons of butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 can of Dulce de Leche
1- Sift the flour and mix all the dried ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt).
2- In a large ball, lighty beat the eggs. Add the melted butter, bananas, vanilla extract, and almonds to the eggs. Mix well.
3- Incorporate the flour mixture into the eggs mixture. Use a spatula to fold in the ingredients – do not overmix. Add the milk to the batter and mix well.
4- Preheat your oven to 360 F degrees. Prepare a loaf pan (9 inches) by buttering the pan and lining it with parchment paper
5- Pour the batter in your pan. Add the dulce de leche to the batter and swirle it using a knife.
6- Bake the banana bread for (around) 1 hour 15 minutes. The banana bread is done when it feels firm when gently pressing the top with your finger.
