186 – Carrot Apricot Peach Smoothie Recipe
- 6 oz (160 grams) of peeled baby carrots
- 2 apricots
- 1 peach
- 3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon orange blossom water (optional)
- 1 cup cold water
- ice cubes
1- Bring some water to a boiling point, then cook the carrots in the water for 10 minutes.Drain the carrots, place them in a bowl, then in the fridge until they cool down completely before using them.Slice the apricots and peach.
2- In a blender, place the carrots, peache, apricots, lemon juice, sugar, orange blossom water, and ice cube. Add cold water little by little until you get the consistency desired of the juice.Blend all the ingredients.Serve the juice cold. Bonne Appetit!
