103 – Dried Fruit Smoothies Recipe – the Moroccan Way
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 avocado
- 7-8 dates
- 1/4 cup of raw almonds
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
1- Remove the pits from the dates.
2- Soak the dates and raisins in hot water for 5-10 minutes until they soften. If the dates are moist, there is no need to soak them in water.
3- Drain the dates and raisins from the water and let them cool down.
4- Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Serve the juice cold.</div>
