Makes: 16 chocolate surprises
Prep: 10 minutes
Cool: 2 hours

Ingredients:
12 oz of chocolate
nuts: almonds, walnuts, etc.
filling: peanut butter, jam, caramel sauce, dulce de leche, etc.
small baking cups

Steps:
1- Melt the chocolate in a 'bain marie' by placing the chocolate container on top of a pan with boiling water. 
2- Fill half of each baking cup with melted chocolate and let the chocolate cool down for 10 minutes.

3- Add the nuts and filling of your choice in the baking cupes.
4- Cover the fillings with more melted chocolate and smooth the surface with a spoon.
5- Refrigerate the chocolate for 2 hours.
