Makes: 20 truffles
Prep: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups of pitted dates
2 cups blanched slivered almonds
Natural unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Steps for making the dough:
1- Boil the water in a pot, and steam the dates for 20 minutes.
2- On medium heat, roast the almonds in a pan till they become golden brown.
3- Stir from time to time.
4- Pour almonds and dates into a food processor and mix together until you get a thick paste.
5- When done, add honey, cinnamon, and orange blossom water and mix with your hands.
6- Make balls from the paste the size of walnuts and roll them in the shredded coconut.

Serving:
Serve the truffles cold. Enjoy!
