Ingredients

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 7-8 dates
  • 1/4 cup of raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

Directions

  1. Remove the pits from the dates.

  2. Soak the dates and raisins in hot water for 5-10 minutes until they soften. If the dates are moist, there is no need to soak them in water.

  3. Drain the dates and raisins from the water and let them cool down.

  4. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Serve the juice cold.

    I love eating the little bits of date that fall at the bottom of the glass. So sweet and delicious. I find that adding a bit of crushed iced gives a cooler chill to the drink. Thanks!!
