434 – Preparing a Beautiful Cake / طريقة تحضير كيكة رائعة

Ingredients :

• Carrot cake
• Cream cheese frosting
• Buttercream

Directions :

1- Watch the video on how to make the carrot cake. Instead of cupcakes bake it in a round mold. Make 2 round cakes and slice each cake lengthwise into two – so you have 4 separate cake layers.

3- Place a first cake layer on a decorating turntable, then spread cream cheese frosting on top.
4- Cover with a second cake layer and spread cream cheese frosting on top of it as well.
5- Add a third cake layer and cover the top with cream cheese frosting.
6- Spread the cream to the sides, all around the cake.
7- Place the cake in the fridge until you are ready to decorate it.
8- You need to make some buttercream and pipe roses & blossom flowers. Click the link to watch the video on how to make it!
9- Gently place the buttercream roses on top of the cake.
10- Add the orange blossom flowers.
11- Pipe a few leaves,and other small details.
12- Then write what you want.
