473 – KFC Fruity Chicken Salad / سلطة بالفواكه ودجاج كنتاكي

Ingredients :

• 1 box of KFC crispy chicken strips
  
• 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
  
• 100 grams baby spinach
  
• 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
  
• 50 grams pomegranate seeds

For honey lime vinaigrette:

• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 2 teaspoons honey
  
• Salt and chilli pepper, to taste
  

Directions :

1- In a large bowl, combine the baby spinach leaves, orange slices, onion slices, KFC crispy chicken strips cut into bite-sized pieces, cilantro leaves, and pomegranate seeds.
2- To make the honey lime vinaigrette, combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
3- Pour some honey lime vinaigrette on the fruity salad, and serve immediately!
