551- Banana Popsicles Dipped in Chocolate / موز مثلج بالشوكولاتة

Bananas are loaded with vitamin B6 and iron. The fact that they become ice-cream-like when frozen is just one of the many reasons to eat Bananas. Dip and freeze and you’re set to go!


4 medium bananas
8 popsicle sticks
200 grams (7 oz.) dark chocolate, melted
Toppings: shredded coconut, cacao powder, colored sugar, chopped nuts, oatmeal…


1- Peel and cut the bananas in half crosswise, so that you have 8 pieces.
2- Insert a popsicle stick into each half.
3- Cover a baking pan with parchment paper and place bananas on the baking pan.
4- Freeze for 30 minutes.
5- Dip the chilled bananas in chocolate and roll with your favorite topping. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

6- You can put them in a airtight container and keep them in the freezer for up to 3 weeks for yummy snacking.
