558- Carrot and Orange Soup / شوربة بالجزر والبرتقال
3 medium carrots
1 half onion
1 medium potatoe
50 g butter
ground pepper (to taste)
salt (to taste)
1- Start by peeling the vegetables. Cut the top layer of the orange skin into 4 pieces. Chop into large chunks the carrots, potato and onion.
2- Place the ingredients into a small saucepan. Fill the saucepan with water and put to medium heat.
3- Add the butter, ground pepper and salt to the saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
4- Remove the saucepan from heat. Pour into a blender and blend until smooth.
