140g Carrefour Bio flaky muesli
120g Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in boiling water
50g organic peanut butter
50g Carrefour Bio dark chocolate, crushed
4 Carrefour Bio Cereals And Chocolate Breakfast Biscuits, cut into small pieces
1- Place the flaky muesli in a mold and bake it at 180 °C for 15 minutes, until lightly toasted.
2- In a food processor, mix the dates until obtaining a smooth paste.
3- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the honey and peanut butter for 2 minutes, while stirring constantly.
4- In a large bowl, add the flaky muesli, the mixture of honey and peanut butter, the date paste and the dark chocolate. Mix well, add the cereals and chocolate chips breakfast biscuits and incorporate them.
5- Cover a mold with a sheet of parchment paper, place the mixture and cover with another sheet of paper. Use a large glass to evenly flatten the mixture between the 2 sheets.
6- Place in the freezer overnight. Remove the preparation from the parchment paper and cut into bars.
