Ingredients

 The base:
10 slices of bread
3 tablespoons tapenade pepper delight

Garnish:
1/2 zucchini, cut into thin slices
6 cherry tomatoes
1/2 eggplant, cut into thin slices cut in two
Chives, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

The base:
1- Heat a frying pan over low heat, and toast the slices of bread for 30 seconds on each side.
2- Cut into the toast approximately 20 squares of 2 cm on each side.
3- Spread the tapenade on the square toasts.

Toppings:
4- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the cut vegetables then add salt and pepper. Cuisez 2 minutes de chaque coté jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres.
5- Place the vegetables on the toasts and sprinkle with the chives.
