625- Fish En Papillote / سمك في الفرن
1 fillet of white fish
1/2 small white onion, sliced
A bouquet of fresh coriander
A small piece of fresh ginger, cut into slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
The zests of 1 lemon
The juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
1- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2- On a piece of parchment paper, place the onion in the center, place on top the coriander and then the ginger.
3- Add the fish fillet, season with salt and pepper and add the lemon zest, then the olive oil and the lemon juice.
4- Fold the parchment paper over the fish so as to create a completely closed foil and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
