Ingredients :
2 medium oranges
1 medium carrot
1 small piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
Ice cubes
Directions :
1- Peel and grate the carrot.
2- Juice the oranges to make around 250 milliliters (1 cup) of fresh orange juice.
3- In a blender, place the grated carrot, fresh orange juice, grated ginger, ground turmeric, and ice cubes.
4- Mix until you have a smooth texture. Serve immediately!
