1/2 banana
1 peach
1 plums
1/4 small red bell pepper
1 carrot
Ice cubes
Honey (optional)


1- In a blender, place banana, peach, plums, red bell pepper, carrots, and a little bit of water. Mix well together until smooth.
2- Add ice cubes and blend until ice is completely crushed and incorporated.
3- Serve immediately.
