732- Gluten Free Harcha with Olives and Thyme / حرشا خالية من الڭلوتين بالزيتون والزعتر

Ingredients

100 g cornstarch

100 g of rice flour

50 g corn flour

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon dry yeast

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 tablespoon thyme, dried

50 g black olive, pitted and cut into pieces

A pinch of salt

Lukewarm water

Directions

1- In a bowl, place the sugar and the yeast then add warm water to activate it. Set aside for 5 minutes.

2- Add cornstarch, corn flour and rice flour by sieving and mixing.

3- Add the salt and vegetable oil and mix.

4- Add the thyme and black olives.

5- Gradually add water while mixing until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.

6- Form dough balls then roll them in corn flour and flatten them to form your harcha.

7- Cook the harcha in a preheated pan over medium heat. Let the harcha cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
