734- Salad jar – Italian Twist / سلطة بلمسة إيطالية

Ingredients

Dressing

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Carrefour Bio

4 tablespoons lemon vinegar

6 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Salad base

120 g (4.2 oz) canned chickpeas

2 medium carrot, grated

100 g (3.5 oz) cherry tomatoes

60 g (2.1 oz) green olives, pitted and cut

60 g (2.1 oz) lettuce, cut into fine stipes

30 g (1 oz) arugula

30 g (1 oz) parmesan cheese

Directions

1- In a jar, combine all the ingredient of the dressing, close and shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2- You will need to jars of 25 cl to assemble the salad. Fill in each jar in this order from bottom to top: 3 tablespoons of the dressing and half the rest of the ingredients of: chickpeas, carrots, cherry tomatoes, green olives, lettuce. 

3- Garnish each jar with arugula and parmesan shavings. Serve immediately or cover to serve later.

4- To serve, turn the jar over into a plate or bowl to empty out the ingredients and let the dressing flow on top of the salad.
