803- Orange Salad with cinnamon & Nuts / سلطة البرتقال بالمكسرات والقرفة
Juice of 1 orange
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons orange blossom water
50 grams (1.7 oz) roasted walnuts, roughly chopped
50 grams (1.7 oz) roasted almond flakes
2 tablespoons raisin
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
150 grams (1 cup) unsweetened coconut cream (or the solid and creamy portion of the coconut milk)
1- In a large bowl, add the orange juice, honey, orange blossom water, and mix all together using a whisk until well combined. Place in the refrigerator before ready to use.
2- Peel the oranges and cut them into medium slices.
3- Put the orange slices in a serving plate and pour over it the reserved cold juice.
4- Garnish the orange slices with roasted walnuts and almond flakes, raisin, and finally sprinkle with cinnamon.
5- Top the orange salad with cinnamon and nuts with coconut cream and serve fresh.
