817- Almond Paste / عجينة اللوز
250 grams of almond paste
250 grams (8.8 oz) blanched almonds
125 grams (4.4 oz) powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons orange blossom water
Preparing the almond Paste:
1- In a food processor, grind the blanched almond until you get a thick paste.
2- Add the powdered sugar, butter, and orange blossom water and continue mixing until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
3- Shape the almond paste into a log then cover with a plastic wrap. You can keep it in the fridge for up to 1 month and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
