837- Honey Roasted Pineapple / أناناس مشوي بالعسل
1 large pineapple
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
100 grams (5 tablespoons) honey
3 tablespoons orange blossom water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons roasted almond flakes
Fresh mint leaves for decoration
1- Using a sharp knife, peel and cut the pineapple into slices.
2- In a large pan over medium-low heat, add the butter, honey, and pineapple slices. Cook the pineapple slices for 6 minutes from both sides until soft.
3- Add the orange blossom water and continue cooking for 4 minutes until the pineapple slices become slightly roasted and caramelized. Remove from the heat.
4- In a serving plate, place the caramelized pineapple slices, top with roasted almond flakes, sprinkle on the ground cinnamon, and decorate with fresh mint leaves. Serve warm!
