880- Carrot Cake Overnight Oats / بودنغ الشوفان على طريقة كعكة الجزر
150 grams (1 1/2 cup) rolled oats
2 tablespoons raisins, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons walnuts, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
360 milliliters (1 1/2 cup) milk
4 tablespoons carrot, grated
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1- In a small bowl, add the oats, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine.
2- Add the carrots, maple syrup, milk, and mix together until well combined.
3- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight.
4- The day after, remove the plastic wrap and mix with a spoon. Add more milk if needed.
5- Serve the carrot cake overnight oats in a glass jar, top with finely grated carrots and walnut chunks.
Note: The overnight oats can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days
