345 – Banana in Coconut Milk – Thai recipe / الموز في حليب جوز الهند
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup (230 ml) Coconut milk (diluted with a bit of water)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- 1 pinch of salt
1- First, peel the banana and slice it sideways to get these beautiful oval shapes.
2- Place the banana slices in a saucepan.
3- Add the coconut milk
Note that you may have to add a little bit of water to the coconut milk to dilute it. Add the salt and sugar. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes until it reaches a boiling point.
4- Place a few ice cubes in a bowl, add the bananas and pour the coconut milk. Serve immediately!
