281 – Homemade pumpkin puree recipe / هريسة القرع
- 1 small sugar pumpkin or buttercup squash
- microwavable plate and plastic wrap
Preparing the Ingredients
1- Make sure that you have a sharp knife. Trace the small pumpkin with the knife all around, then get deeper and deeper, until you are able to cut the pumpkin in half.
2- Using a spoon, scoop all the seeds and fibers from the center of the pumpkin. You could make roasted pumpkin seeds by cleaning the seeds, drying them, then roasting them in the oven.
