550- Watermelon Pizza / بيتزا البطيخ
This refreshing pizza is not like any pizza you had before! a healthier watermelon version topped with yogurt sauce, mint and your favorite fruits. Prepared in 10 minutes for a last minute dessert!
1 large round watermelon slice (about 2 cm thick), cut from the center
250 grams ( 1 cup ) of yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Cherries and berries (you can use any fruits you want)
Few mint leaves
1- Combine yogurt, honey and vanilla in a small bowl.
2- Spread the yogurt mixture over the watermelon slice.
3- Top with cherries, berries and mint. Cut the watermelon slice into 8 wedges.
