595- Smoothie with Dates and Banana / عصير التمر والموز
500 ml (2 cups) milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of grated nutmeg
1- Pit the dates and peel and cut the banana into slices.
2- In a blender, place the dates, banana slices, cinnamon, and nutmeg and add the milk.
3- Mix until you have a smooth texture. Serve immediately.
