40 grams (1/3 cup 2 tablespoons) rolled oats
1 teaspoon flax seeds
60 milliliters (1/4 cup) milk
100 grams (1/3 cup) plain yogurt
1- In a glass, or a jar, place the rolled oats and add the flax seeds on top.
2- Add the milk to the glass.
3- Finally add the yogurt on top, then cover your glass with a plastic wrap (or with the lid if you’re using a jar).
4- Put in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
